What is relaxing and meditating ?
While my project is about relaxing and meditating i wanted to look at the real meaning and purpose of relaxing and meditating.
To me relaxing and is taking time to not have any worries and issues. You just do what you want and not over use your brain and body. The true definition of relaxing is 'to reduce tension or anxiety'. The definition of meditating means 'to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state'.
I feel that my work really emphasis this and want the images to make you feel relaxed and almost at peace. As your body follows the paths around this small part of what mother nature has to offer your body becomes exposed to all new senses that your body will have never experienced/ felt. This could almost make your mood feel much calmer as in the woodlands its a moment for you to be alone with almost little to no distractions or worries to think about.
