Final Project Analysis
Now i have finally finished my project and i am just finishing off this research book making minor corrections. I wanted to ensure that all the grammar made sense and i am also converting my word from a blog to this workbook on word instead. This allowed me to make a much simpler and more stylish looking document because blogger put my specific sections in a random order which made the work confusing and not too my liking.
Apart from the document i have finished producing my final images and placing them in clear plastic sleeves to create a really professional look. My project is focused on how people react in their own way to the land around them and the black and white filter used allows for my viewers to focus on specific shapes, textures, patterns and the composition rather than the overall colour of the images. Along with this it also allowed me to create my images in any type of light and can focus more on the composition than the quality of light should it have been in colour.
But away from the finer details i have felt that this project has helped me develop my creative view on many things and how to think about meanings of images in a sophisticated and have a expansive array of ideas to fall back on should one fail or not work to it's full potential. For this project has shown me how to conduct myself in a more professional manner along with how to write in more detail and with a sense of purpose and understanding as to how my work has created an impact to the viewer. I struggled a lot during this project with writing synopsis's and talking about reasons i have done and created certain images. But after spending time practicing and researching other artists i have began to see my work grow to have purpose and feel proud of the work i have created similar to other artists such as Taryn Simon , Alec Soth and even the great Ansel Adams.
Overall, i have felt proud of how i have managed to develop the project and create a professional looking body of work. I felt as though my choice of composition offered a more visually appealing concept and ensured that the work was sophisticated. I have been able to take an idea and expand on it to fit the needs of my project after receiving feedback and reviews. If i was to improve any part of the way i have produced my project it would be to have stayed in the type of photography i have enjoyed the most being fashion in order to expand my personal portfolio of work. However, i have enjoyed enhancing my skills and experiencing a different type of work in which i will proceed to continue working on in projects later on.
